Dr. Stevil has been entertaining people in South Western Ontario for over a decade and has started to set his sights on more of the world. This evil* genius* has started to venture into the US with his comedy and humour. Being in the evil* business the DR. knows how important it is to recognize the actions of people and show them their worth so he has created this award to do that. Each year he likes to select the people and present them with their certificate for all they do.
